In a nod to International Women's Day in March, Colonel (Rtd) Dr Mumtaj Nisah Abd Rahim talks about finding joy and fulfilment in creating a lasting, positive impact in her patients' lives. At the age of 45, Dr Mumtaj had already served an impressive 18 years with the Malaysian Armed Forces.
